Reservation terms and cancellation conditions

Our Reservation terms:

  • Rates:

  • The indicated rates are valid per person and day and including the listed meals on the pricing list. The use of the wellness center is included in the price, except whirlpool and solarium. The price list is valid in at the time periods written on the price list. Although we check thoroughly before printing, we cannot be held responsible for any printing errors and reserve the right to make changes.

  • Single room supplement:

  • In the event of occupancy of a single room, the supplement will be € 16.00 per day.

  • Rates for children:
  • The following reductions are only applied in the case of accommodation in the same room as two paying adults:
    • Children from 0 to 1.99 years: € 12,00 (cot available on request)
    • Children from 2 to 5.99 years: 40% reduction
    • Children from 6 to 12.99 years: 25% reduction
    • Children from 13 years or adults: 10% reduction
  • Local Tax:

  • Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax of € 3,20 on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis will be levied at all lodging establishments. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

  • Animals: We regret that we can only accept animals in certain rooms. As there is regularly damage to furniture and the cleaning bill is considerably higher, we charge € 10.00, without feed. Please bring your own basket and blanket.

  • Arrival and Departure:

  • On the day of your arrival, the room will be available to you from around 14.00. On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by and no later than 10.00.

  • Parking:

  • Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

  • Guarantee:

  • In case of direct booking we ask for a down payment of ¼ to 1/3 of the total amount. In case of online booking we will storage Credit Cards details for guarantee.

  • Methods of payment:
  • The hotel bill may be paid either by credit card or with cash. In Italy by law it is no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding € 1.999,99.- in cash. However, the following payment methods are allowed: debit cards, credit cards, non-transferable cheques, bank transfers.

Conditions in the event of cancellation:

  • In case that there has been a down payment, independent of the point in time when the cancellations happens, there is no possibility of refund. In case of the storage of credit card details the following conditions are applied: At least 30 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s), the hotel contract can be cancelled by the guest or the person who made the booking without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.

  • In the case of a cancellation by the guest or the person who made the booking, during the period between the 30th day of the agreed day of arrival and the actual day of arrival, the guest is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:

  • In the case of cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • In the case of cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before the day of arrival, 40% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • In the case of cancellation between 7 days and 2 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged.

  • In the case of cancellation the day before arrival or the day of arrival, 70% of the agreed total price will be charged.

  • The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).

  • If the booked rooms could not be let out to another person(s), the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 70% of the agreed total price.

  • The agreed price is the price, which was agreed for accommodation, catering and possibly other services.

  • If all booked rooms/beds cannot be let to another person, the percentage of the agreed price relates only to the agreed price and not the booked rooms/beds.

  • In the case that the guest(s) departs early, he/she/they is/are liable to pay the price for the actual stay, as well as 70% of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
